Implement the following in the current boxy POC style:

A core game mechanic will be police chases and other players chasing me:

• a system where all wheels can independently pop/flatten.

• implement a nails-strip element where tyres pop.

• implement basic shooting with pistol, shotgun, automatic rifle, rocket launcher and granades (no damaging yet).

• the caracter movement should resemble the one from hotline miami 2, aiming with the mouse.

• implement trucks from small to large, up to 18 wheeelers

• implement scooters, bicicles, bikes and pedestrians

• a minimap on the bottom right with a more zoomed out map for better navigation
