Helpers for the tests of the lobbies, Quick play, the missions' index and Respect (and anything else that needs the API with runs): the API built on fakes with a clock the test moves (lobbyApp, Respect on by default), a fleet that opens rooms in memory and remembers each request, that may be made busy (the city busy) or fail, sign-ins, a game published on a bundled level, a party, a friendship, and a run's result reported with its own token. Imported by the tests alone; never by the API.
