Tear gas and the NPCs (the ten-star Wanted's gear, @foi/sim's zones.ts): a person the AI runs (a chaser, a guard, a pedestrian, a dog) standing in a cloud of gas without a mask stops whatever it was doing and runs out of it, straight away from the cloud's middle, coughing. The police stay: they are trained for it (and their later phases bring masks); so does a range dummy, which stands at its post to be shot at. Its input is all it changes, after every brain has written its own for the tick: the simulation moves it.
