A ComplianceBot™ of the tech division (eight stars, C27; police-tech-division.ts): slow (60 % of a walk, never running, never jumping), it knows where its player is (the city's network tells it) and walks up to grab them in its claw, never shooting, never taking a car; it climbs stairs and ladders. Its hit points and armour are @foi/sim's robots'.
