The escape kit and the city's chaos as the game draws them (GAME_DESIGN §12, "Escape kit & chaos"): the manholes' covers, the bascule bridges' leaves (where the local world's kinematic bodies have them each frame: a leaf's tilt is a pure function of the tick it began to rise, which the room's chaos message tells), the substations (humming green, or dead and smoking red in a blackout: @foi/sim's powerCut), the grappling hooks' lines (the tell: from the climber to the anchor the grapple event named), a paraglider's canopy over whoever glides, the petrol pumps burning or burnt out, and the billboards showing a wanted player's face (a picture drawn once per player, swapped onto the board). Every mesh is made with the scene, never on its own.
