chaosFrame(ai): string

The room's chaos as its chaos frame (the bridges' raisings, the pumps, the billboards, the riots, the tick it is sent at), or '' while nothing happens (the leaves down, the pumps standing, no face shown, no riot): what a client starts from, nothing to send. Two frames that differ in their tick alone say the same (sameChaos).
