The Most wanted board (?mostwanted; GAME_DESIGN §12, §14): the players by the most Wanted stars they ever reached, then by their longest stretch at ten stars, as the game servers reported them to the platform (GET /leaderboards/most-wanted); each line a place, a name, the stars and the stretch at ten, the reader's own marked. Names only, never accounts. The ids and data attributes are the end-to-end tests' contract.
