The platform's settings as the admins' page edits them, without React (AdminPage.tsx, GET/PUT/DELETE /admin/settings, apps/api/src/settings.ts): every key an admin may set, in its group (the budget, the daily quotas, one creation's caps, one turn's caps, the models), with its unit and the bounds the API holds it to; what holds for each, its default and whether an admin set it over the default; the form as its fields hold it, what is wrong with it before it is sent, the body it sends (only what changed: a number the admin gave, null for a field emptied that was set, its default again, the models' choices and the default), and what a change of the settings in the audit log changed, key by key.
