roofSpots(level): readonly RoofSpot[]

The roofs of a level a sniper may take: the top of each ladder (a step past it onto the roof it climbs to), the top stop of each lift (a step off its platform), both reachable; then the flat roof of every other building, which nothing may reach. In the level's order.
