helicopterLoopWav(): string

A one-second loop of a police helicopter: its main rotor's blades thumping past nine times a second (a burst of low noise and a 55 Hz knock each, dying fast), the tail rotor's buzz under it and the turbine's thin whine over it. Whole numbers of cycles over the loop keep it seamless; the noise fades at both ends.
