A large city, the one a new city starts from (the studio's New, the creator card's worked example): 1000 m a side, a parkway ringing the town (boundary), a turned downtown grid with an avenue across the river on a bridge, a street under a knoll in a tunnel, a rise in the west end, a lake in a park, and beyond the ring a country road out to a farm gate and a dirt track up to the beacon's top.
