The response at each number of stars, none to ten (the index is the stars). One star: a cruiser tails and boxes in. Two: two that ram and spin. Three: four with crews of two who get out and shoot, interceptors, nail strips. Four: roadblocks, rolling blocks, the green wave, units from ahead, a police bike. Five: a second roadblock, a second bike, the drone, the cameras, the citizen app. Six: the SWAT van, its team, the K9, the foam gun, in the place of two cruisers, a roadblock and a bike. Seven: the heavy response (the APC, the water cannon, the helicopter, two rooftop snipers, police boats on the water, a cruiser with the Grappler and one with the GPS dart) on top of six's, kept by every star above; from six the perimeter's small ring and the tow trucks. Eight to ten: the tech division beside them. Nine: the lockdown, its ring of 250 m sealed by two barricades in the place of the roadblock ahead, only an extraction ending the chase. Ten: nine's, answered by the city's contractors, the K9 unit back, everything at once under the room's cap (the director shares it).
