Function: sampleClip()

sampleClip(clip, time, out, over?): void

Defined in: apps/client/src/renderer/clips.ts:232

Samples a clip time seconds in (see clipTime) into out. A full clip writes every part (one it has no keys for at rest) and the root; an upper one (or any clip with over) only the parts it keys, leaving the rest of out as it was.
