apps/client/src/renderer/view-rect

What the camera sees of the ground, for culling the actors and their effects by hand (the batches of models.ts are never culled by the scene): the rectangle on the ground that holds the four corners of the view, met at a level below and a level above the player's (a hillside road over the player, a car down in a gully), widened by a margin so that nothing pops in at the edge of the screen (the tallest actor leaning into view, a bus whose middle is still outside). The camera looks down steeply (camera.ts), so the rectangle is a few dozen metres across: a city's worth of actors outside it are placed (the minimap still shows them) but neither posed nor drawn.
