@foi/tools as a library: what other apps need of the level pipeline to turn a generator's output into level data without an editor project on disk (the worker, apps/worker): writing a region's kit and recipe (writeRegion), reading a recipe and its kits, exporting the recipe in memory (exportRecipe, the level level:recipe and level:export would give), the level in the canonical form of a level file, and where the repository keeps the kits.
