The platform API in this process, as a creator runner calls it: buildApp on a memory store with its build queue and creation on, reached through a fetch that injects each request (no port, no network), a runners' client on its private routes, and a way to call it as an account. The runner's integration test runs creations on it with the scripted model; the evals (evals.ts) run real briefs on it with each candidate model, on every bundled level, generating regions here and towns where Blender is found.
