A city's roads as the solver holds them: a sampled centre line with a cross-section (the classes of network.py), where roads meet (findJunctions, citygen's finder: a crossing, a T, three ends at a point; two ends alone are a joint) and the stretches a bridge carries over the water (spanOver, Riverbend's). The map's frame is Blender's (lines.ts).
