The registry of the bundled levels, by name, read from the generated levels/index.ts (one import per exported level file, written by npm run level:export and checked by npm run level:check). This is the one module that carries the level files, so it is its own entry point, @foi/world/levels: the server imports it to pick the level FOI_LEVEL names, the tests import it for their fixture (test-core-gameplay), and the client never does (it gets the level in the welcome message). The default level is main-riverbend by name, else the first main-* level in name order, else the first test-* (defaultLevelName).
