apps/client/src/ui/studio/fixes

The studio's quick fixes: for an issue the city solver found (its code, where it is and what a fix needs, @foi/catalogue's SpecIssue), the edits that would mend it, each a pure function from the spec to the next, applied as one step to undo. A bend too tight is eased to the radius its road needs (line: "eased"), smoothed (its point moved toward its neighbours), its point deleted, the road cut there (the stretch around the bend removed, a road either side) or made a narrower class; a road too short is lengthened or deleted; one leaving the map is pulled in or the map grown; a junction too near another is moved apart along the road; an arm meeting another too sharply is turned away from it; an end short of a road is ended on it; a street over a hill tunnels under it; an end, a junction or a point in a river is moved off the water, a crossing too shallow made square; two roads too near for a pavement are nudged apart; a climb too steep lowers its hill, or a street over the town's relief tunnels; a city with no spawn (or one on no street, or on a short one) has it put on its longest street, and one with no district (a grid town too) gets one. What has no fix of its own can still be deleted: every issue about an element offers that. The explanations are the page's words (studio.explain.<code>).
