The curated cities: the cities the platform ships, each a level that ships (main-*) and its city spec, which a creation remixes (?create's "Remix a curated city"). An entry carries what a picker shows (a title, a blurb, its preview picture, served by the web client beside its page under previews/) and the spec a remix starts from. The API lists them (GET /catalogue/cities, a search and a page of them: searchCities) and hands one spec out (GET /catalogue/cities/:id, curatedCity); the platform's model reads it as foi://cities/<id>. It is @foi/catalogue/cities, apart from the catalogue's main entry, so the specs reach only what asks for them.
