The backing store of a canvas css CSS px wide at a pixel ratio, given the device pixels a ResizeObserver counted (devicePixelContentBoxSize): those when they agree with the ratio to a pixel (they are exact, snapped as the screen draws them), else the ratio's (a ratio a test or a tool emulates is not counted by the observer).
