apps/client/src/ui/map-view

Where the maps draw what, as pure math (no DOM, no React): the corner map's window that follows the player north-up (followProjection: about 300 m across, the settings' Minimap zoom picking 200, 300 or 500), the backing store a canvas needs to be sharp at the screen's pixel ratio (backingSize), the whole city's static layer drawn once at about two pixels a metre (layerDensity) and the part of it under the window (layerWindow), and the arrow at the window's edge that points the way to a target off the map (edgeArrow). North is up and east on the right, as on the screen: +x is to the left (minimap-data.ts's mapProjection for the whole map).
