Which nodes reach which (nav-links.ts): two nodes with the same walk are joined by a walk; two with the same climb reach each other with the links too (up a ladder and down it again, a hop up and a drop back); a node reaches another of a different climb only down the one-way edges between them (a drop off a roof nothing leads up to). A blocked node is in none (−1).
