windowOf(vehicle, seat, toward, out): Vector3

Where a shot from a seat leaves its vehicle on its way to toward, into out: from the shooter's hand (its seat's hips up at the shoulders, out in front), along the shot to the cabin's side or its windscreen, whichever it meets first (an open seat's pistol is held out in the open, a little past the hand).
