describeSeat(vc, seat, siren?): string

Defined in: apps/client/src/renderer/hud-format.ts:187

The HUD's second line: the car and its layout while driving (SIREN while its siren wails, and the key that runs it on a class with one), the car while riding in it, or the on-foot controls. vc is the class of the car the player sits in.
