stripViews(stacks, items, count, ammoOf): SlotView[]

The strip's slots of the server's message (its first count; the ammunition pouch beyond them never shows), each weapon with its rounds: ammoOf says which item a weapon item spends (by the item's index), nothing for an item that spends none of its own.
