A candidate line with its address replaced by publicIp (a host candidate's, the fifth field of the line, after the foundation, the component, the transport and the priority: candidate:1 1 udp 2130706431 192.168.1.23 40001 typ host): what a host behind a NAT that forwards the same ports announces. Unchanged without an address to announce, or for another kind of candidate.
