isMixKey(key): boolean

A key a district's mix may weigh: an archetype or a tag a building carries (isBuildingKey), or a wildcard the generator shares among the buildings it names in proportion to how common each is out in the world: <key>=* (every building with a tag of that OpenStreetMap key, shop=*), family:<family>, landuse:<landuse>.
