walkerPace(sim, walker, toward?): object

How a dog walker goes for its dog's sake, on its way to toward: the share of its pace it keeps (all of it with no dog, or one trotting along; less while the dog sniffs or lags at the end of the lead; none while the lead is taut on a sniffing dog or the dog sniffs right in its way, or while the dog is off its lead and may come back), and, waiting, the way it faces: its dog.
