The radio wheel (held on the radio's key, as in GTA): the stations round a circle in the middle of the screen, Off last, each a disc of the station's colour with its name (or its logo); the one the mouse points at stands out and its name shows in the middle with what it plays, and letting go of the key tunes it (renderer/game.ts). This is the wheel as pure data, its slots and where they go (wheelLayout), and which slot a direction points at (wheelChoice); game-ui.ts draws it. Each slot's name (radio-wheel-<station>, radio-wheel-off) is the end-to-end tests' contract.
