FOI_PUBLIC_URL | the request's own address | HTTP: where clients reach this server; <it>/mcp is the resource OAuth tokens are for. |
FOI_AUTH_URL | FOI_API_URL | HTTP: the OAuth authorization server, the API's issuer (its FOI_PUBLIC_URL). |
