spawnChaser(ai, spec): number

Spawns a chaser: a hostile character nobody owns, with its profile's hit points, in a car of its own when asked, with a crew of the profile's (or the spec's) size riding along as chasers of their own, as many as the car seats; returns the driver's entity id.
