packages/catalogue/src/city/resolve

A city spec's network resolved: every point of the spec found on the map (a grid's, a roundabout's arm, a road's start, end or a distance along it, a hill's top), every road drawn in the order its references need (a road ending on another is drawn after it, a cycle is an issue), each the way network.py's Net draws Riverbend's: its points through a spline (or straight, or rounded, or eased), its ends cut or stretched onto the roads they end on (snap), sampled every few metres. Grids' lines run between their family's first and last lines unless they say otherwise, or to the first crossing of the road they name; rivers are splines with their banks; roundabouts are one-way arcs between their arms; closed roads are rings cut into parts. Then the bridges (spanOver).

Everything here is in the map's frame (lines.ts); the spec's points are the game's.
