The kit library: every piece of the shared kits the generators build levels of (downtown, civic, landmarks, city, compound, street, nature, roads and the six osm-* kits), read from kits.generated.json, which npm run kits:export (apps/tools/src/kit-library.ts) writes from the kits' glTF binaries and sidecars and the level gate holds to them: each piece's kind, collider, footprint and bounds measured on its triangles, triangle count, tags, anchors, breakable mass, roads, parts and look, in the game's frame. The catalogue's kit-piece entries (one per piece, the record as their piece) are made here.
