blendHorizon(speed, lead): number

How long the blend onto the predicted timeline takes (s) for an entity at speed while the local world runs lead ticks ahead of the latest snapshot: the two timelines' poses lie the render delay and the lead apart, that many ticks of the entity's motion, drawn away at a share of its pace (blendSeconds).
