The least pace (m/s) a blend is drawn away at, for an entity at rest or nearly: under the figures' standing threshold (0.3 m/s, anim-state.ts), so one at rest slides into place without its feet moving, and under half of any walking pace, so the share above rules for anyone walking (a stroll at 0.7 m/s is drawn away at a third again, not doubled). The blend between the interpolated and the predicted timelines (predicted.ts) goes by the same share and floor.
