The models a creation may be made with (TECHNICAL_SPECS §9.8), one table for the API and the creator runners (apps/creator imports it): Anthropic's list prices of the Claude models a runner may use (CLAUDE_PRICES), the choices offered when the configuration names none (FOI_CREATOR_CHOICES: with claude CLAUDE_CHOICES, the strongest first; with openrouter OPENROUTER_MODELS), and how each choice is shown to an owner (modelChoices: its label, a hint of what it is good for, its price a million tokens when the table knows it, and whether it is the one picked by default).
A creation that names a model is made with it; one that names none with its tier's models (the runner's FOI_CREATOR_MODELS, a city's FOI_CREATOR_CITY_MODELS). The dollars a creation spends are counted from what each call took, whichever model made it.
