The platform's settings on the admins' page (AdminPage.tsx, admin-settings.ts): every spending limit and cap an admin sets at runtime, in its group (the budget: the month's cap and how many creations run at once; every account's quotas a day; what one creation may spend and build; one turn's minutes, calls and tokens; the models an owner may pick, in order, and the one picked by default). Each field holds what is in force, says its default, and when an admin set it over the default is marked overridden with a reset of its own; Save sends what changed with a note (the audit log keeps it), Reset all puts every default back after a confirmation. The ids (#admin-settings, #admin-setting-<key>, #admin-settings-save…) are the end-to-end tests' contract.
