settingsBodyOf(form, view): Record<string, unknown>

The body the form sends: each number that differs from what holds (as a number; a text that is none as it is, for the API to refuse), null for a field emptied that an admin had set (its default again), the choices when they changed, the default when it changed, and the note when there is any change. Empty when nothing changed.
