Which model makes a turn of a creation: the one its owner picked (job.model, one of the platform's choices, GET /creations/models), made the first time it is asked for and kept by its id (a model that could not be made, its price unknown or its provider not asked, is tried again the next time); or, when the owner picked none, its tier's: a city's (stronger) or the default one, both made at the runner's start.
