Buttons: flowing in rows (wrapping), one per row, in a grid of equal columns, or equal tiles.

flow by default; tiles are equal cells as wide as the widest button.

Tiles: at most this many rows. Where the widest would need more, the cells narrow to fit (sixteen slots: eight and eight) and read in the small type, two lines at most.
