The creation page's side of the platform API, without React (CreatePage.tsx): an owner's creations (GET /jobs), a brief queued (POST /jobs, a revision naming its draft) or cancelled, and what a result offers (a playtest room, publishing by link); how long a creation has waited or run, and in how many hours a time comes (an allowance resetting, creation resuming).
