The banner mid-screen (banner-view.ts): DISCONNECTED, YOU DIED, MISSION FAILED with the mission's title and why, MISSION COMPLETE, LEVEL RESET, each with a line on what comes next (back to the last checkpoint, when the mission has one). Nothing while there is no event to tell. The id banner and its data-kind are the end-to-end tests' contract.
