sirenLoopWav(): string

A two-second siren loop: a wail sweeping between about 650 and 1400 Hz and back, with two harmonics for its edge. Its mean pitch makes a whole number of cycles over the loop, so the loop point is free of clicks; the client plays it faster or slower per livery.
