beamAt(across, along): number

How bright a beam is on the road at a share across it (−1 to 1, 0 its middle line) and along it (0 at the lamp, 1 at its far end), 0..1: a cone from the lamp, narrow there and wide at its end, brightest a little ahead of the car, soft at its sides, gone at its end.
