appSignedInBefore(storage?): boolean

Whether the desktop app signed in through Steam on this device before: then it signs in again by itself with its ticket when its session is gone. Never the first time, which the player chooses ("Sign in through Steam", or linking an e-mail account: a Steam account that signed in on its own can no longer be linked).
