The debug runs of one server.

join() ​

join(ask): DebugSeat | { refused: "full" | "rooms" | "runs" | "no-room"; }

A seat for a connection (opening the run's room on the first), or why there is none: no such run or seat (no-room), or a room the admission refuses to open (runs at the server's cap of runs, rooms at a cap of rooms it was given, else full).
