What a region's lakes and volcanoes have about them (the street kit's pieces, and a few of downtown's): a lake's dock out from its southern waterline with rowboats and a pedal swan beside it, a beach along that shore (painted sand, umbrellas, loungers, a lifeguard's tower) and reeds along its northern waterline; a volcano's basalt boulders on its cone, fumaroles steaming round its crater's lip, a lookout on its southern rim (a guardrail, a telescope, a sign telling people not to touch the lava; on the crater's rim, the lava below it) and a seismograph's hut on its flank. Their places: <lake>_dock, <lake>_beach, <volcano>_lookout. Pure and deterministic (its own random stream from the spec's seed).
