packages/catalogue/src/town-fields
The fields a grid of town blocks is written with, shared by the grid-town template (level-spec.ts) and the towns of a region (region/spec.ts): a block, street lines, a district (its mix, density, theme, title, landmarks), the street furniture, and the checks across them (lines and blocks within the grid, no block painted twice). A module of its own so both import it without a cycle; the values mirror town.py's.
