motionWindow(a, b, restingA, restingB): [number, number]

The ticks between two measurements over which the entity moved: all of them, unless the first is at rest (it set off within the one snapshot before the second, which the server sent at once) or the second is (it stopped within the one snapshot before the second), when the rest takes the remainder; none when both are at rest (the server moved it: the pose is the first's before the second's tick and the second's from it). A segment of one snapshot or less is all motion.
